📦 Returns & Refund Policy

At Ecoz, your wellbeing and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it — simply and fairly.

🕐 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

• You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Please do not send items back without requesting a return first — they won’t be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return your original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

⚠️ Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason — no explanation needed.
As above, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If so, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.)
